INVITATION TO TENDER (ITT)
CONTRACT NO: NCPB/POLYPROPYLENE BAGS/MAIZE/14/2024- 2025
TENDER FOR SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF BRANDED NEW POLYPROPYLENE BAGS X 50KG FOR BAGGING MAIZE.
The National Cereals and Produce Board invites sealed tenders for supply and delivery of branded new
polypropylene (PP) bags x 50kg for bagging maize as shown below;
1. NCPB projects to procure 90,000 branded new Polypropylene (PP) bags for bagging maize in Eldoret
Silos.
2. The above quantities of polypropylene bags shall be delivered at NCPB’s Eldoret silos as follows: –

- Tendering will be conducted under restricted procurement method using a standardized tender
document. Tendering is also open to all eligible, qualified and interested Tenderers. - Qualified and interested tenderers may obtain further information and inspect the Tender Documents at
the office of the Head of Procurement Services during normal working hours, between 9.00 am and
3.00 pm. - Prospective bidders may also download the tender document from NCPB’s website (www.ncpb.co.ke) or
PPIP portal free of charge. - Bidders who download the tender document are advised to sign a tender register at the NCPB Head Office,
Procurement Services Department OR send their detailed address using the Email: supplies@ncpb.co.ke or
ncpbsupplies@gmail.com before the tender closing date, to facilitate any further clarification or addendum. - The Tenderer shall chronologically serialize all pages of the tender documents submitted.

Completed envelope tender document should be submitted in a sealed envelope clearly marked in
