INVITATION TO TENDER
SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF BRANDED STAFF UNIFORMS FOR HUDUMA KENYA
TENDER NO: SDPS/HKS/ONT/01/2022-2023
3. The Huduma Kenya Secretariat invites sealed tenders for the supply of branded staff uniforms for a period
of one year to be delivered at Huduma Kenya Secretariat Headquarters.
4. Tendering will be conducted under open competitive method -National using a standardized tender
document. Tendering is open to all qualified and interested Tenderers.
5. Tendering is open to all Small and Medium Enterprises registered appropriately with (Women, PWD,
Youth ) as indicated in the lots and also the citizen contractors for lots 2 & 3.
6. Tenderers will be allowed to tender for one or more lots”.
7. Qualified and interested tenderers may obtain further information and inspect the Tender Documents
during office hours 0800 to 1600 hours at the address given below.
8. A complete set of tender documents may be purchased or obtained by interested tenders upon
payment of a non- refundable fees of One thousand Kenya shillings in cash or Banker’s Cheque
and payable to the address given below. Tender documents may be obtained electronically from the
Website tenders@hudumakenya.go.ke and Public Procurement Information Portal. Tender
documents obtained electronically will be free of charge.
9. Tender documents may be viewed and downloaded for free from the website
tenders@hudumakenya.go.ke. Tenderers who download the tender document must forward their
particulars immediately to www. tenders@hudumakenya.go.ke to facilitate any further clarification
or addendum.
10. All Tenders quoting for Lot 2 & 3 must be accompanied by a “tender Security” of Kenya Shillings
Two Hundred and Fifty Thousand and Forty Thousand(Kshs. 250,000.00 and 40,000.00) respectively from
a bank or insurance company approved by the Public Procurement Regulatory Authority or “TenderSecuring Declaration,” for all other lots, (1,4,5,6,7,8 &9).
11. The Tenderer shall chronologically serialize all pages of the tender documents submitted.
12. Completed tenders must be delivered to the address below on or before Friday, 28th October 2022.
Electronic Tenders will not be permitted.
13. Tenders will be opened immediately after the deadline date and time specified above or any dead
line date and time specified later. Tenders will be publicly opened in the presence of the Tenderers’
designated representatives who choose to attend at the address below.
14. Late tenders will be rejected.
