INVITATION TO TENDER
SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF CABRO MAKING MACHINES
NEGOTIATION NO 1474103
1. The County Government of Kiambu-Department of Roads, Transport, Public Works and Utility invites sealed
tenders for the SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF CABRO MAKING MACHINES.
2. Tendering will be conducted under OPEN NATIONAL TENDER using a standardized tender document.
3. TENDER OPEN TO ALL KENYAN CITIZENS
4. Qualified and interested tenderers may obtain further information and inspect the Tender Documents
duringoffice hours [ 0800 to 1700 hours] at the address given below.
5. A complete set of Tender documents may be obtained electronically from the Website(s) www.kiambu.go.ke
orwww.tenders.go.ke Tender documents obtained electronically will be free of charge.
6. Tenders shall not be accompanied by a Tender Security in the form of a bid bondfrom
any provider of tender security allowed to issue bid bonds for KSH 500,000.00 (see full list
on PPRA website).The original Tender Security shall be deposited on the Tender Box in
the address given in this tender.
7. Tenders shall be quoted be in Kenya Shillings and shall include all taxes. Tenders shall remain valid
for (126)days from the date of opening of tenders.
8. The Tenderer shall chronologically serialize all pages of the tender documents submitted.
9. Completed tenders must be submitted electronically through www.supplier.treasury.go.ke on or
before 29th March 2024 at 1000hrs
10. Tenders will be opened immediately after the deadline date and time specified above or any deadline date and
time specified later. Tenders will be publicly opened in the presence of the Tenderers’ designated
representatives who choose to attend at the address below.
11. Late tenders will be rejected.
