All Tenders must be accompanied by a tender security of the amount specified in the specific tender document in the form of a bank guarantee from a reputable bank and must be delivered with the Tender Documents. Completed Tender Documents and the mobile money receipt/ original banking slip are to be enclosed in plain sealed envelope(s) clearly marked with the tender name and tender reference and should be addressed and delivered/posted to the following address:-
