INVITATION TO TENDER 
SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF DIGITAL XRAY MACHINE  

IFMIS NEGOTIATION NO.KCG/KCDHSS/ 1390337/2023/2024 
The County Government of Kilifi invites sealed tenders for the Supply and delivery of Digital Xray Machine
.
2. Tendering will be conducted under open tender method using a standardized tender document.
Tendering is open to all qualified and interested Tenderers.
3. This tender is not subject to Reservation.
4. This tender is not subject to multiple contracts/lots.
5. Qualified and interested tenderers may obtain further information and inspect the Tender Documents
during office hours i.e. 8.00am to 5.00pm hours at the address given below.
6. A complete set of tender documents may be inspected and obtained by interested tenders FREE OF
CHARGE from the Kilifi County website (www.kilifi.go.ke). Tender documents may also be obtained
from the Public Procurement Information Portal (PPIP).
7. Tender documents may be viewed and downloaded for free from the website (www.kilifi.go.ke). Tenderers
who download the tender document must forward their particulars immediately to
supplychain@kilifi.go.ke to facilitate any further clarification or addendum.
8. All Tenders must be accompanied by a tender Security of N/A
9. The Tenderer shall chronologically and sequentially serialize all pages of
the tender document submitted in the format of 1, 2, 3, 4 including the cover page and all other attachments
10. Completed tenders must be scanned and uploaded into the ifmis supplier portal (supplier.treasury.go.ke)
on or before 29 TH December, 2023 at 11:00am. Manual Submission of tenders will not be permitted.
11. Tenders will be opened immediately after the deadline date and time specified above or any dead line
date and time specified later. Tenders will be opened through the ifmis tender portal in the presence of
the Tenderers’ designated representatives who choose to attend.
12. Late tenders will be rejected.
