SPECIFIC PROCUREMENT NOTICE

REQUEST FOR BIDS GOODS (ONE-ENVELOPE BIDDING PROCESS)

1. The Government of Kenya has received financing from the World Bank toward the cost of the Water and Sanitation
Development Project-Conditional Liquidity Support Grant (CLSG) II, and intends to apply part of the proceeds
toward payments under the contract for Supply and Delivery of Domestic Water Meters to Nairobi
City Water and Sewerage Company (NCWSC).
2. The Water Sector Trust Fund (WaterFund) now invites sealed Bids from eligible Bidders for Supply and Delivery
of Water Meters as indicated in the table below:

3. Bidding will be conducted through National Competitive Procurement using a Request for Bids (RFB) as specified
in the World Bank’s “Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers” dated July 2016, revised September 2023
(5th Edition) (“Procurement Regulations”), which can be found in the following website: www.worldbank.
org/procurement and is open to all eligible Bidders as defined in the Procurement Regulations.
4. Interested eligible Bidders may obtain further information from WaterFund during office hours 0900 to 1600
hours EAT excluding weekends and public holidays at the address below:
