TENDER FOR SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF DOUBLE CABINPICK-UP, 4X4 VEHICLE 2,000 – 2600 CC DIESEL
Karumo Technical Training Institute invites tender from qualified bidders to carryout
the following project;

KTTI/01/DCP/2022/2023 TENDER FOR SUPPLY AND DELIVERYOFDOUBLE CABIN PICK-UP, 4X4 VEHICLE2,000-2600 CC DIESEL (AUTOMATIC TRANSMISSION)
Interested bidders may obtain the tender document from the procurement office, Karumo Technical Training Institute, upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Kshs 1,000 at the finance office during normal working days. The document can also be downloaded for free from the the Government Tender Portal
or the institute’s website www.karumotti.ac.ke. Interested bidders should note that only those meeting the criteria indicated below, supported by the relevant documents at submission will be considered for further evaluation:
1. Must provide a bid bond of Kenya shillings Two hundred and fifty thousand(250,000)which must remain valid for 30 days after the expiry of the tender validity period (150days) in the form of bank guarantee from a reputable bank or any other formas provided for under the Public Procurement and Disposal (amendment) Regulations. 2. Company certificate of registration
3. Provide a valid Tax Compliance Certificate
4. Provide PIN and VAT certificates
5. Duly filled Form of Tender and Business Questionnaire
6. Must attach audited accounts for the last two years
7. Submit a Copy of License of Manufacturer’s Authorization
NB: The specific requirements for the project are clearly indicated in the Invitation to Tender and in the tender document
