TENDER FOR SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF EGG INCUBATORS

UASIN-GISHU COUNTY invites sealed tenders for SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF EGG
INCUBATORS
1. Tendering will be conducted under Open Tender using a standardized tender document. Quotation
is open to all qualified and interested Tenderers.
1.1 Qualified and interested tenderers may obtain further information and inspect the Tender
Documents during office hours at the Uasin Gishu County Hall Room 19 during normal office
working hours.
1. The Tenderer shall chronologically serialize all pages of the tender documents submitted.
2. Completed tenders must be delivered to the address below on or before 20TH FEBRUARY
2023 through IFMIS PORTAL
3. Tenders will be opened immediately after the deadline date and time
specified above or any dead line date and time specified later. Tenders
will be publicly opened in the presence of the Tenderers’ designated
representatives who choose to attend at the address below. N/B Tenders will
be opened Electronically
4. Late tenders will be rejected.
