INVITATION TO TENDER
TENDER FOR SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF ENFORCEMENT UNIFORMS

3. The COUNTY GOVERNMENT OF KAKAMEGA invites sealed tenders for the supply of goods i.e
SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF UNIFORMS
4. Tendering will be conducted under open competitive method National using a standardized tender
document. Tendering is open to all qualified and interested Tenderers.
5. In case tender is subject to Multiple contracts/lots, insert “Tenderers will be allowed to tender
for one or more lots”.N/A
6. Qualified and interested tenderers may obtain further information and inspect the Tender Documents
during office hours 8.00am-4.00pm at County Government of Kakamega ,Kotecha Plaza supply chain
offices.
7. Tender documents may be obtained electronically from the Website www.kakamega.co.ke. Tender
documents obtained electronically will be free of charge.
8. Tender documents may be viewed and downloaded for free from the website www.kakamega.co.ke
of IFMIS Supplier Portal Tenderers who download the tender document must forward their particulars
immediately to (insert email, telephone and postal address) to facilitate any further clarification
or addendum.
9. All Tenders must be accompanied by a Tender Security of Ksh. 100,000(Hundred Thousand
Shillings Only) from reputable bank or insurance company
10. The Tenderer shall chronologically serialize all pages of the tender documents submitted.
11. Completed tenders must be submitted online on or before FRIDAY 3

Tenders will not be permitted.
12. Tenders will be opened immediately after the deadline date and time specified above or any dead
line date and time specified later. Tenders will be publicly opened in the presence of the Tenderers’
designated representatives who choose to attend at the address below.
13. Late tenders will be rejected.
