TENDER FOR SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF GANTRY CRANE GEARBOX
TENDER NO: CSCL/T/2024-2025/05
1. Chemelil Sugar Company Limited invites sealed tenders for THE SUPPLY
AND DELIVERY OF GANTRY CRANE GEARBOX.
2. Tendering will be conducted under open competitive method (International) using a standardized tender document.
3. Tendering is open to all qualified and interested Tenderers.
4. Qualified and interested tenderers may obtain further information and
inspect the Tender Documents during office hours at the Supply Chain
Manager’s Office at Chemelil Sugar Company Limited during normal working
hours. It may also be downloaded from the Public Procurement Information
Portal at www.tenders.go.ke or the Government website at www.mygov.go.ke or
from our website www.chemsugar.co.ke./corporate documents free of charge
or obtain a set of each hard copy upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Kshs.
1,000.00 payable to Chemelil Sugar Company Ltd either in cash or bankers
cheque.
5. Tenderers who download the tender document must forward their
particulars immediately to the Managing Director Chemelil Sugar Company
Ltd, P.O. Box 1649-40100 Kisumu Or P.O Box 177-40107 Muhoroni,

facilitate any further clarification or addendum.
6. All Tenders must be accompanied by a “Tender Securing declaration” in the
format provided in the tender document.
7. The Tenderer shall chronologically serialize all pages of the tender documents
submitted.
8. Completed tenders must be delivered to the address below on or before
10.00 a.m. on Monday 14th October, 2024. Electronic Tenders will not be
permitted.
9. Tenders will be opened immediately after the deadline date and time
specified above or any dead line date and time specified later. Tenders
will be publicly opened in the presence of the Tenderers’ designated
representatives who choose to attend at the address below.

10. Late tenders will be rejected.
