INVITATION TO TENDER 
SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF GENERAL SUPPLIES 

TENDER NO. KMA/ONT/07/2022-2023 
1. Kenya Maritime Authority (KMA) invites sealed tenders for the supply of General Supplies under
framework agreement for a period of three (3) years) subject to annual performance review.
2. Tendering will be conducted under open competitive method (National open Tender) using a
standardized tender document. Tendering is reserved for firms registered under AGPO (Youth/ Women
& PWD).
3. Tenderers will be allowed to tender for specific items as specified in the schedule of requirements.
4. Qualified and interested tenderers may obtain further information and inspect the Tender Documents
during office hours [0900 to 1500 hours] at the address given below.
5. A complete set of tender documents may be purchased or obtained by interested tenders upon
payment of a non- refundable fees of (Kenya shillings1,000.00) in cash or Banker’s Cheque and
payable to the address given below. Tender documents may be obtained electronically from the
Website (info@kma.go.ke) and/ or Public Procurement Information Portal (https://www.tenders.go.ke).
Tender documents obtained electronically will be free of charge.
6. Tender documents may be viewed and downloaded for free from the website (info@kma.go.ke)
and/ or Public Procurement Information Portal (https://www.tenders.go.ke). Tenderers who download
the tender document must forward their particulars immediately to procurement@kma.go.ke and/or
info@kma.go.ke to facilitate any further clarification or addendum.
7. All Tenders must be accompanied by a Tender Securing Declaration form duly filled.
8. The Tenderer shall sequentially serialize ALL pages of the tender documents submitted.
9. Completed tenders must be delivered to the address below on or before 20
th September, 2022 at
10.00am
10. Tenders will be opened immediately after the deadline date and time specified above or any dead
line date and time specified later. Tenders will be publicly opened in the presence of the Tenderers’
designated representatives who choose to attend at the address below.
11. Late tenders will be rejected without opening.
