Mandatory requirements, tender conditions and further instructions are contained in the tender document that can be downloaded free of charge at www.kiambu.go.ke or www.tenders.go.ke . Completed tender documents should be submitted manually at the tender box located at County Government of Kiambu headquarters ground floor, Main reception-Governor’s Office.
The closing date for submission of tenders for the equipping of ambulances will be 23rd January 2023 at 10.00 am, at the Boardroom on Ground Floor, County Government of Kiambu, Headquarters (Kiambu Town), in addition a site visit for the inspection of the ambulances will be held on Monday 16th January, 2023 as from 10:00 am to 1:00 pm at Kiambu County Headquarters (Kiambu town), parking lot.
The closing date for the submission of tenders for the framework agreements is 25th January, 2023 at 10:00 am. Tenders will be opened immediately in the presence of bidders or their representatives who may choose to attend at the Boardroom on Ground Floor, County Government of Kiambu, Headquarters (Kiambu Town).
NB: LATE BIDS SHALL NOT BE ACCEPTED.
