Tender documents may be collected from the accounts office during normal working hours upon payment of non refundable fee of One thousand shillings 1,000/= per form.

Completed forms in plain sealed envelopes marked ‘TENDER No….’ should be addressed to:

Be dropped in the Tender box placed outside the Chief Principal’s office not later than 27thJune, 2023 at 10.00 am. Documents will be opened immediately thereafter in the school’s Library in the presence of Tenderers’ or their representatives who choose to attend.

All prices. quoted must be net [inclusive of all government taxes] and must remain valid for 90 days from the date of closing.

The Committee reserves the right to accept or reject any document either in whole or in part  without giving reasons for the same.
