INVITATION TO TENDER 

SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF HEAVY DUTY PRINTERS TO POSTAL CORPORATION OF KENYA.

PCK/PROC/03/2023/2024 
1. The Postal Corporation of Kenya invites sealed tenders for the supply and delivery of Heavy Duty Printers
to the Postal Corporation of Kenya.
The goods will be delivered at Haile Selassie Avenue City Square Post Office building, M4.
2. Tendering will be conducted under open competitive method using a standardized tender document.
Tendering is open to all qualified and interested Tenderers.
3. Tendering is open to all Small and Medium Enterprises registered appropriately in Kenya.
4. Qualified and interested tenderers may obtain further information and inspect the Tender Documents
during office hours 0900 to 1500 hours at the address given below.
5. Tenderers will be allowed to tender for one or more lots.
6. A complete set of tender documents can be obtained electronically from the Corporation
website(www.posta.co.ke) or the public procurement information portal(www.tenders,go.ke).Tender
documents obtained electronically will be free of charge.
7. Tender documents may be viewed and downloaded for free from the website (www.posta.co.ke)
or the public procurement information portal(www.tenders,go.ke).Tenderers who download the tender
document must forward their particulars immediately to tendersecretariat@posta.co.ke ,Postal
Corporation of Kenya, P.O Box 34567-00100 Nairobi to facilitate any further clarification or
addendum.
8. All Tenders must be accompanied by a Bid Security of Ksh.200,000.00.
9. The Tenderer shall chronologically serialize all pages of the tender documents submitted.
10. Completed tenders must be delivered to the address below on or before Thursday 24 August 2023
at 11.00 am.. Electronic Tenders will not be permitted.
11. Tenders will be opened immediately after the deadline date and time specified above or any dead
line date and time specified later. Tenders will be publicly opened in the presence of the Tenderers’
designated representatives who choose to attend at the address below.
12. Late tenders will be rejected.
13. Bidders are encouraged to visit PCK’s or PPIP websites from time to time before tender closure for any
amendments through addendum /clarification.
