INVITATION TO TENDER
SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF ICT ITEMS

4. CHERANGANY TECHNICAL AND VOCATIONAL COLLEGE invites sealed tenders for
SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF ICT ITEMS. Tendering will be conducted under open
competitive method (National) using a standardized tender document. Tendering is open to all
qualified and interested Tenderers.
5. Qualified and interested tenderers may obtain further information and inspect the Tender
Documents during office hours at the Procurement Office at Cherangany technical and vocational
college from 8. 30 AM to 12.30 PM and 2.00 PM to 4.00 PM.
6. A complete set of tender documents may be obtained upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Kshs.
1,000.00 either in banker‘s cheque payable to CHERANGANY TECHNICAL AND
VOCATIONAL COLLEGE or direct bank deposit to A/C NO. Tender documents may be obtained
electronically from the Institute website or from the Public Procurement Information portal (PPIP):
www.tenders.go.ke free of charge.
7. Tenderers who download the tender document must forward their particulars immediately to
cheranganytvcprocurement@gmail.com to facilitate any further clarification or addendum.
8. All Tenders must be accompanied by a ―Tender Securing declaration‖ in the format provided in the
tender document.
9. The Tenderer shall chronologically serialize all pages of the tender documents submitted.
10. Completed tenders must be delivered to the address given below on or before 16.00
pm. on Thursday 13th June, 2024. Electronic Tenders will not be permitted
11. Tenders will be opened immediately after the deadline date and time specified above or any dead
line date and time specified later. Tenders will be publicly opened in the presence of the
Tenderers’ designated representatives who choose to attend at the address below.
12. Late tenders will be rejected.
