TENDER FOR SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF LABORATORY REAGENTS AND CONSUMEABLES)
County Government of Uasin Gishu invites tenders for Supply and Delivery of laboratory reagents and
consumables under framework contract for a period of three years (3) 2023-2026.
Tendering will be conducted under open competitive method (open National tendering) using a standard
tender document. Tendering is open to all qualified and interested Tenderers.
Qualified and interested tenderers may obtain further information and inspect the Tender Document during office
hours from 8.30 a.m to 4.30 p.m at the County Head Quarters, Ground Floor, Room No, 19
A complete set of tender documents may be obtained by interested tenderers electronically from
www@uasingishu.go.ke or www.tenders.go.ke under tender portals PPIP. Tender documents obtained
electronically will be free of charge.
Tenders shall be quoted in Kenya Shillings and shall include all applicable taxes. Tenders shall remain valid for
156 days from the date of opening of the tenders.
Completed tenders must be submitted through IFMIS SYSTEM on or before 5th February, 2024 at 10.30
a.m. MANUAL Tenders documents will not be permitted.
Tenders will be opened immediately after the deadline date and time specified above or any deadline date and time
specified later. Tenders will be publicly opened in the presence of the Tenderers’ designated representatives who
choose to attend at the address below.
Tenderers shall chronologically serialize all pages of the tender documents submitted
Late tenders will be rejected.
