TENDER NAME: Supply and Delivery of Laptops and Desktop Computers as per Specifications for National Public Health Institute.

  1. The Ministry of Health, State Department for Public Health and Professional Standards invites sealed tenders for Supply and Delivery of Laptops and Desktop Computers as per specifications for National Public Health Institute.
  2. Tendering will be conducted under Open National Tendering method and is open to all qualified and interested Tenderers.
  3. Qualified and interested tenderers may obtain further information and inspect the Tender Documents during office hours [0800 to1600) hours from Head of Supply Chain Management Office, Ministry of Health, State Department for Public Health and Professional Standards, Room 514,5th floor, Afya House.
  4. Tender documents may be obtained electronically from the Websites] www.health.go.ke or Public Procurement Information Portal: www.tenders.go.ke. free of charge Tenderers who download the tender document must forward their particulars immediately to procurement@health.go.k e to facilitate any further clarification or addendum.
  5. All Tenders must be accompanied by a Tender Security of Kshs.300,000/- [Kenya Shillings Three Hundred Thousand Only].
  6. The Tenderer shall chronologically serialize al cages of the tender documents submitted in the format 1,2.3……..
  7. Completed tenders must be delivered to the address below on or before Wednesday, 15th  March at 11:00am, Kenyan Time
