INVITATION TO TENDER
TENDER FOR SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF LIBRARY BOOKS.
TENDER NO.KSU/T/19/2024 – 2025
1.Kisii University invites sealed tenders from suppliers for LIBRARY BOOKS.
2. Tendering will be conducted under open national tendering method using a standardized tender
document and is open to generalsuppliers who have traded in laboratory chemicals, glassware,
tools and apparatus and other laboratory materials.
3. Qualified and interested tenderers may obtain further information and inspect the Tender
Documents at Procurement Department Kisii University Main Campus during office
hours from 0800 to 1700hours at the address given below.
4. A complete set of tender documents may be purchased or obtained by interested tenders upon
payment of a non- refundable fees ofKES 1000.00 (One thousand shillings only) payable to:-

Tender documents obtained electronically will be FREE OF CHARGE.
5. Tender documents may be viewed and downloaded for free from the website:
http://www.kisiiuniversity.ac.ke and to GOK tenders websites FREE OF CHARGE.
Tenderers who download the tender document must forward their particulars immediately to
procurement@kisiiuniversity.ac.ke to facilitate any further clarification or addendum.
6. The Tenderer shall chronologically serialize all pages of the tender documents submitted.
7. Completed tenders must be delivered to the address below on or before 19TH MARCH
2025 at 11.30 am. Electronic Tenders will not be permitted.
8. Tenders will be opened immediately after the deadline date and time specified above or any deadline
date and time specified later. Tenders will be publicly opened in the presence of the Tenderers’
designated representatives who choose to attend at the address below.
9. Late tenders will be rejected.
