5. 4.MASAI Technical Training Institute invites sealed tenders for Supply and Delivery of
TENDER FOR SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF LPG COOKING GAS AND INDUSTRIAL GASES
5. Tendering will be conducted under open competitive method (National) using a standardized
tender document. Tendering is open to all qualified and interested Tenderers.
6. Qualified and interested tenderers may obtain further information and inspect the Tender
Documents during office hours at the Procurement Office at MASAI Technical Training Institute
from 8. 30 AM to 12.30 PM and 2.00 PM to 4.00 PM.
7. A complete set of tender documents may be obtained upon payment of a non-refundable fee of
Kshs. 1,000.00 payable to MASAI Technical Training Institute, direct bank deposit to A/C NO
1107674484 KCB, MASAI Branch. Tender documents may be obtained electronically from the
website www.masaitech.ac.ke. Tender documents obtained electronically will be free of charge.
8. Tenderers who download the tender document must forward their particulars immediately to the

9. All Tenders must be accompanied by a “Tender Securing declaration” in the format provided in
the tender document.
10. The Tenderer shall chronologically serialize all pages of the tender documents submitted.
11. Completed tenders must be delivered to the address given below on or before 10.00AM . on
Monday, 12th June 2023 Electronic Tenders will not be permitted
12. Tenders will be opened immediately after the deadline date and time specified above or any
dead line date and time specified later. Tenders will be publicly opened in the presence of the
Tenderers’ designated representatives who choose to attend at the address below.
13. Late tenders will be rejected.
