INVITATION TO TENDER
SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF MAMA PACK
TENDER NUMBER: CGK/H/T/018/2022/2023
3. The County Government of Kericho, Department of Health Services invites sealed tenders for the supply
of goods i.e. Supply and Delivery of Mama Packs.
4. Tendering will be conducted under open competitive method National using a standardized tender
document. Tendering is open to all qualified and interested Tenderers.
5. In case this tender is subject to a Reservation, specify the Group is eligible to tender, Insert e.g.
“Tendering is open to all Small and Medium Enterprises registered appropriately
with………………………”). N/A
6. In case tender is subject to Multiple contracts/lots, insert “Tenderers will be allowed to tender
for one lot
7. Qualified and interested tenderers may obtain further information and inspect the Tender Documents
during office hours 0830 to 1630 Hours at the address given below.
8. A complete set of tender documents may be purchased or obtained by interested tenders upon
payment of a non- refundable fees of Ksh. 1,000 in cash or Banker’s Cheque and payable to the
address given below. Tender documents may be obtained electronically from the Website
www.kericho.go.ke. Tender documents obtained electronically will be free of charge.
9. Tender documents may be viewed and downloaded for free from the website www.kericho.go.ke.
Tenderers who download the tender document must forward their particulars immediately to
supplychain@kericho.go.ke to facilitate any further clarification or addendum.
10. All Tenders must be accompanied by a Tender Security of Ksh. 270,000.
11. The Tenderer shall chronologically serialize all pages of the tender documents submitted.
12. Completed tenders must be delivered to the address below on or before Thursday 2nd March, 2023
at 10:00:00AM. Electronic Tenders will be permitted.
13. Tenders will be opened immediately after the deadline date and time specified above at the
Department of Health Services Boardroom 2nd Floor. Tenders will be publicly opened in the presence
of the Tenderers’ designated representatives who choose to attend at the address below.
14. Late tenders will be rejected.
