INVITATION TO TENDER
SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF NONPHARMACEUTICALS AND SURGICAL DRESSINGS
1. The County Government of Marsabit, here and in subsequent sections referred to as the procuring
entity now invites sealed Tenders from eligible candidates for Supply and delivery of nonpharmaceuticals and surgical dressings for Marsabit County Referral Hospital.
2. Tendering will be conducted under OPEN Tender method (National) using a standardized tender
document and interested and eligible bidders can participate.
3. Qualified and Interested eligible candidates may obtain further information and inspect Tender
Documents and the Specifications at County Government of Marsabit Headquarters at the
Department of Supply Chain Management Office, Governor’s Office Building, Marsabit Town and
during normal working hours.
4. The Tenderer shall chronologically serialize all pages of the tender documents submitted.
5. Tender Security of 260,000/= Two hundred and sixty thousand is required.
6. Completed tenders must be delivered electronically before Friday 17thNovember, 2023, at 10.00 am. Only
electronic Tenders will be permitted.
7. Tenders will be unsealed online immediately after the deadline date and time specified above
or any dead line date and time specified later.
8. Late tenders will be rejected.
