INVITATION TO TENDER
SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF PH3 CLARIFIER BRIDGE DRIVING WHEELS & SUPPLY
AND INSTALLATION OF PH2 CLARIFIER BRIDGE DRIVING WHEELS AT NGETHU TREATMENT WORKS.
3. The NAIROBI CITY WATER AND SEWERAGE COMPANY invites sealed tenders for the supply of goods
NCWSC/89/2024 – SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF PH3 CLARIFIER BRIDGE DRIVING WHEELS &
SUPPLY AND INSTALLATION OF PH2 CLARIFIER BRIDGE DRIVING WHEELS AT NGETHU
TREATMENT WORKS.
4. Tendering will be conducted under open competitive method National using a standardized tender
document. Tendering is open to all qualified and interested Tenderers.
5. The tender is open to eligible bidders.
6. The tender will be awarded as a contract.
7. Qualified and interested tenderers may obtain further information and inspect the Tender Documents during
office hours at the address given below
8. Tender documents may be obtained electronically from the Website www.nairobiwatertenders.co.ke.
& tenders@nairobiwater.co.ke Tender documents obtained electronically will be free of charge.
9. Tender documents may be viewed and downloaded for free from the website
www.nairobiwatertenders.co.ke. Tenderers who download the tender document must forward their
particulars immediately to tenders@nairobiwater.co.ke to facilitate any further clarification or
addendum.
10. All Tenders must be accompanied by a “tender Security” of 200,000/= valid for 240 days.
11. The Tenderer shall chronologically serialize all pages of the tender documents submitted.
12. Completed tenders must be delivered to the address below on or before 12:00 noon on Friday, 25th April,
2025. Electronic Tenders will not be permitted.
13. Tenders will be opened immediately after the deadline date and time specified above or any dead line date
and time specified later. Tenders will be publicly opened in the presence of the Tenderers’ designated
representatives who choose to attend at the address below.
14. Late tenders will be rejected.
