Complete tender documents with detailed instructions can be obtained by interested bidders free of charge from County website: www.nyeri.go.ke or PPIP: https://tenders.go.ke tender documents to be submitted through the IFMIS supplier portal: supplier.treasury.go.ke so as to be received on or before Tuesday, 9th May, 2023 at 11:00am as indicated in the IFMIS portal.
Bidders Must also submit hard copies of their completed tender documents in a plain sealed envelope clearly marked the tender number and tender name and bearing no indication of the tenderer and should be addressed to:

Tenders will be opened immediately after the above closing time in the presence of bidders or their representatives who choose to attend.
Late bids will not be accepted.
