COUNTY GOVERNMENT OF TRANS NZOIA TENDER MAY 2024  

INVITATION TO TENDER
SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF STATIONERY
NEGOTIATION NO: 1494284-2023/2024
1. The County Government of Trans Nzoia invites sealed tenders for the construction of a
perimeter wall in the County Public Service Board Department, County Government of
Trans Nzoia.
2. Tendering will be conducted under open competitive tendering method using a
standardized tender document and is open to all qualified and interested Tenderers.
Tenderers will be allowed to tender for one or more items.
3. Qualified and interested tenderers may obtain further information and inspect the
Tender Documents during office hours 0900 to 1700 hours at the address given below.
Tender documents may be viewed and/or downloaded from the website
www.transnzoia.go.ke and also at the PPIP portal www.tenders.go.ke.
4. A complete set of tender documents shall be downloaded FREE OF CHARGE from the
web addresses as indicated in 3 above.
5. Tender documents may be viewed and downloaded for FREE from the website
(www.transnzoia.go.ke and also at the PPIP portal www.tenders.go.ke. Tenderers who
download the tender document must forward their particulars immediately to
supplychain.transnzoia@gmail.com to facilitate any further clarification or addendum.
6. The Tenderer shall chronologically serialize all pages of the tender documents
submitted.
7. Completed tenders must be submitted electronically through the IFMIS Portal
www.supplier.treasury.go.ke so as to be received on or before Friday 27th MAY,
2024at 17:42:59
8. Tenders will be opened immediately after the deadline date and time specified above
or any deadline date and time specified later. Tenders will be publicly opened in the
presence of the Tenderers’ designated representatives who choose to attend at the
address below.

9. Late tenders will be rejected.
