- The Vihiga County Assembly invites tenders from eligible YOUTH tenderers/suppliers under Preference and Reservation Scheme for Supply and Delivery of the items below;

- Eligible Tenderers;
v This Invitation for Tenders is open to Youth tenderers eligible as described in the Invitation to Tender.
v Vihiga County Assembly’s employees, committee members, board members and their relatives (spouse and children] are not eligible to participate in the tender.
v Multiple responses from the same contractor will lead to automatic disqualification.
v Tenderers involved in the corrupt or fraudulent practices or debarred from participating in public procurement shall not be eligible.
v Interested eligible candidates may obtain further information from and inspect the tender documents at www.vihigacountyassembly.or.ke OR www.tenders.go.ke.
v Prices quoted should be net inclusive of all taxes and delivery costs must be in Kenya shillings and shall remain valid for 60 days from the closing date of the tender.
