SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF TRANSFUSION TRANSMISSIBLE INFECTION (TTI’S) REAGENTS AND CONSUMABLES WITH EQUIPMENT PLACEMENT FOR SIX REGIONAL BLOOD TRANSFUSION CENTRE’S

TENDER No. MOH/SDMS/KBTTS/OT/001/2024-2025

1. The State Department for Medical Services invites sealed tenders from eligible bidders for supply and deliv­ery of Transfusion Transmissible Infection(TTIs) reagents and consumables with TTI equipment placement for six (6) regional blood transfusion centres in Kenya.
2. Tendering will be conducted under Open National Tender using a standardized tender document.
3. A complete set of tender documents with detailed eligibility, qualification and evaluation criteria may be obtained by interested candidates at the Public Procurement Information Portal www.tenders.go.ke and the Ministry website www.health.go.ke free of charge before the closing date. Tenderers who download the tender document MUST toward their particulars immediately to procurement@health.go.ke  for reg­istration and facilitation of any further clarification or addendum.
4. Tenderers shall chronologically serialize all pages of the tender documents submitted.
5. Completed tenders must be delivered to Tender box located at Afya House, 1^st Floor on or before Tues­day 11th February 2025 at 11.00 am Kenyan time
6. Tenders will be opened at Afya House, GTZ Boardroom immediately after the deadline date and time spec­ified above or any deadline date and time specified later. Tenders will be publicly opened in the presence of the Tenderers’ designated representatives who chooses to attend at the given address.
7. Tenders MUST be accompanied by a Bid Security of Kshs. 2,000,000 from a Reputable Bank regulated by the Central Bank of Kenya or an Insurance Company approved by PPRA.
8. Tenders shall be quoted in Kenya Shillings and shall include all taxes. Tenders shall remain valid for 210 days from the date of opening.
