INVITATION TO TENDER
SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF YOGHURT AND MALA PACKAGING MATERIALS

4. BUKURA AGRICULTURAL COLLEGE invites sealed tenders for the supply of goods i.e.
SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF YOGHURT & MALA PACKAGING MATERIALS FOR A PERIOD OF
TWO YEARS AS PER THEATTACHED SCHEDULE OF REQUIREMENTS (AS WHEN REQUIRED).
5. Tendering will be conducted under open competitive method (National) using a standardized tender
document. Tendering is open to all qualified and interested Tenderers.
6. ―Tendering is open to all )- No reservation.
7. In case tender is subject to Multiple contracts/lots, insert “Tenderers will be allowed to tender
for one or more lots”. -NOT APPLICABLE
8. Qualified and interested tenderers may obtain further information and inspect the Tender Documents
during office hours [ 0900 to 1600 hours] at the address given below.

9. A complete set of tender documents may be purchased or obtained by interested tenders upon payment
of a non- refundable fees of (1000/= Kenya shillings) in cash or Banker’s Cheque and payable to the
address given below. Tender documents may be obtained electronically from the Website
(www.tenders.go.ke or www.egerton.ac.ke). Tender documents obtained electronically will be free of
charge.
10. Tender documents may be viewed and downloaded for free from the website(www.egerton.ac.ke or
www.tenders.go.ke.). Tenderers who download the tender document must forward their particulars
immediately to (procurement@egerton.ac.ke ) to facilitate any further clarification or addendum
11. All Tenders must be accompanied by a [“tender Security” ] of 200,000 KSHS.
12. The Tenderer shall chronologically serialize all pages of the tender documents submitted.
13. Completed tenders must be delivered to the address below on or before [10.00 a.m on 15TH JUNE, 2023
AT 10.00 A.M]. Electronic Tenders [will not] be permitted.
14. Tenders will be opened immediately after the deadline date and time specified above or any dead
line date and time specified later. Tenders will be publicly opened in the presence of the Tenderers’
designated representatives who choose to attend at the address below.
15. Late tenders will be rejected.
