For the supply and installation of LAN and Power structured cabling in Office Container in IFO-I, Office Container in the DMO, Guest House (Opp. Mosque), and UNICEF accommodation for UNHCR Dadaab.
SITE VISIT & Pre-Bid Conference
The site visit is mandatory and failure to attend will lead to the elimination of the supplier from the tendering process. Bidders should write to Kendasup@unhcr.org to show their interest to participate in the site visit scheduled on 11 May 2023 from 09:00 to 11:00 hrs. EAT which will be facilitated by UNHCR technical unit (ICT team). All bidders shall converge at the UNHCR Dadaab Main gate before proceeding to the different sites.
Pre-Bid Conference shall be held on the same day (11 May 2023) to have clarity on the TORs. The bid conference is only accessible to suppliers who participate in the mandatory site visit. The pre-bid conference will be held at Dadaab’s main office.
The travel and other expenditures for site visits and Pre-Bid Conference will be borne by bidders.
