1. Tharaka University (TUN) invites sealed tenders for the Supply, Delivery and Installationofradiostation equipment to full operation. 2. Tendering will be conducted under Open Tender method using a standardized tender document.Tendering is open to all qualified and interested business enterprises
3. Qualified and interested tenderers may obtain further information and inspect the Tender Documentsduring office hours [8.00 a.m. to 5.00 p.m.] at The Tharaka University (TUN) procurement department.a complete set of tender document may be viewed and downloadedfreeof chargefrom the authority’s website: www.tharaka.ac.ke or public procurement informationportal’s website https://tenders.go.ke free of charge. 4. Prices quoted should be inclusive of all taxes and must be inKenyaShillingsand should remain valid for 150 days after date of tender opening. Tendersshall remain valid for 120 days from the date of opening. 5. All Tenders must be accompanied by a Tender Security of Ksh 280,000
6. Payment and installation will be done into phases (phase 1 and phase 2)
7. The Tenderer shall chronologically serialize all pages of the tender documents submitted. 8. Completed tenders must be delivered to the tender box located at The Vice- Chancellor’s Officeandthereafter proceed to the Board Room, The tender document shall be addressed to:
