TENDER FOR SUPPLY, DELIVERY AND TESTING OF 1 NO. EXECUTIVE SALOON CAR 2024 – SENATE

THE SENATE TENDER FEBRUARY 2024 

The Senate invites sealed tenders from eligible tenderers to tender as follows:

Interested eligible candidates may obtain further information from the Procurement Office on 2nd Floor, Protection House, Nairobi or email through Senateprocurement@parliament.go.ke  or clerk.senate@parliament.go.ke . A Complete set of the tender document may be downloaded free of charge from the Senate Website; www.parliament.go.ke  or Public Procurement Information Portal; www.tenders.go.ke .

Duly completed tender documents are to be enclosed in plain sealed envelopes, marked with the tender number and name as prescribed and be deposited in the tender box situated at the 2nd Floor, Protection House, at the junction of Parliament Road and Haile Selassie Avenue, Nairobi or be addressed to:-

NAIROBI

So as to be received on or before Monday, 19th February, 2024 at 11am.

Prices quoted should be net inclusive of all taxes and delivery cost and must be in Kenya Shillings and shall remain valid for Ninety [90] days from the closing date of the tender.

Tenders will be opened immediately thereafter in the presence of the tenderers or their representatives who choose to attend at Protection House, 2^ND floor boardroom, at the junction of Haile Selassie Avenue and Parliament Road, Nairobi.
