INVITATION TO TENDER. 

TENDER FOR SUPPLY, DELIVERY, INSTALLATION AND COMMISSINING OF MOTOR VEHICLE PUBLIC ADDRESS SYSTEM. 

IFMIS NEGOTIATION NO: 1223107-2-2022-2023 
The County Government of Bungoma through, the Ministry of Finance and Economic Planning
, wishes to invite sealed bids from eligible firms for the SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF
PUBLIC ADDRESS SYSTEM. Tendering will be conducted under OPEN NATIONAL
TENDERING METHOD and is open to all qualified and interested Tenderers. Qualified and
interested tenderers may obtain further information and inspect the Tender Documents during
office hours, Director Supply Chain Management-Former Municipal Building, P.o Box
437-50200 Bungoma or The County Chief Officer Department of Finance during normal
office working hours if applicable i.e .0900 to 1500 hours] at the address given above. More
details on the goods are provided in standard tender document.
A complete set of Tender documents may be viewed and/or downloaded from the website
www.bungoma.go.ke and/ or the IFMIS tender portal www.supplier.treasury.go.ke / or PPIP
portal: www.tenders.go.ke portal using the unique IFMIS Negotiation Number free of
charge. Tender documents may be viewed and downloaded for free from the website
www.bungoma.go.ke and/ or the IFMIS tender portal www.supplier.treasury.go.ke / or PPIP
portal:www.tenders.go.ke).
The Tenderer shall chronologically serialize all pages of the tender documents submitted.
Complete tender documents must be submitted through the IFMIS SUPPLIER PORTAL
www.Supplier.treasury.go.ke as per the requirements contained in the document so as to be
received on or before the date and time indicated in the IFMIS Thursday 13th April, 2023 at
11.00 a.m. Local time. MANUAL SUBMISSIONS will not be accepted/ permitted. All
tenders must be submitted through the IFMIS Platform. Late tenders will be rejected
automatically. Tenders will be opened immediately after the deadline date and time specified
above or any deadline date and time specified later. Tenders will be publicly opened in the
presence of the Tenderers’ designated representatives who choose to attend at the address
below. Late tenders will be rejected. Preference and Reservation schemes WILL NOT apply
as prescribed in the Public Procurement and Asset Disposal Act 2015. The addresses referred
