INVITATION TO TENDER
CONTRACT NAME AND DESCRIPTION: TENDER FOR SUPPLY, DELIVERY, INSTALLATION, COMMISSIONING AND MAINTENANCE OF BROADCAST LOGGERS

1. The Communications Authority of Kenya invites sealed tenders for the supply, delivery, installation, and maintenance of broadcast loggers to be installed in the following seventy eight (78) locations in two (2) phases as indicated in document attached:
2. Tendering will be conducted under the international competitive tendering method using a standardized tender document. Tendering is open to all qualified and interested Tenderers.
3. Qualified and interested tenderers may obtain further information and inspect the Tender Documents during office hours as from 0900 to 1600 hours at the address given below.
4. A complete set of tender documents may be purchased or obtained by interested tenders upon payment of a non- refundable fee of Kshs. 1,000 payable to Mpesa Paybill Number 522522 Account No. 1106738608. Tender documents maybe obtained electronically from the Website www.ca.go.ke
. Tender documents obtained electronically will be free of charge.
5. Tender documents may be viewed and downloaded for free from the website www.ca.go.ke. Tenderers who download the tender document must forward their particulars immediately to tenders@ca.go.ke ,0703042000 and P.O BOX 14448 NAIROBI-00800 to facilitate any further clarification or addendum.
6. All Tenders must be accompanied by a tender security of Kshs. 10,000,000.00 from a financial institution recognized by Central Bank of Kenya valid for a period of 210 days from date of tender opening
7. The Tenderer shall chronologically serialize all pages of the tender documents submitted. For pagination, Numerals shall be used, i.e. 1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10…n (n being the last numerical page of the tender document)
8. Completed tenders must be delivered to the address below on or before 10:30am East African Time, 9th May 2022. Electronic Tenders will not be permitted.
9. Tenders will be opened immediately after the deadline date and time specified above or any deadline date and time specified later. Tenders will be publicly opened in the presence of the Tenderers’ designated representatives who choose to attend at the address below.
10. Late tenders will be rejected.
