TENDER NOTICE

Masinde Muliro University of Science and Technology hereby invites eligible and interested candidates to apply
for the following tenders;

Interested and eligible firms may obtain further information from procurement office during normal working
hours. Tender documents may be viewed and downloaded FREE of charge from the University website:
www.mmust.ac.ke or PPIP Portal: supplier.treasury.go.ke
Duly completed tender documents enclosed in plain sealed envelopes clearly marked with Tender name and
Number shall be sent to;

Or, dropped in the Tender Box situated at the main entrance of the Administration Block (ABA) Building at
Masinde Muliro University of Science & Technology (MMUST) main campus along Kakamega – Webuye Road in
Kakamega and not any other place so as to reach the University not later than 10:00am on Friday 10th February,
2023. Opening of the bid documents will be done immediately thereafter in the presence of applicants or their
representatives who choose to attend.
