INVITATION TO TENDER
SUPPLY, DELIVERY, INSTALLATION, CUSTOMIZATION, CONFIGURATION, MIGRATION, TESTING, TRAINING AND
MAINTENANCE OF ASSEMBLY DIGITAL CONGRESS SYSTEM
TENDER NO. NCCASB/OT/10/11/2024/2025
1. The Nairobi City County Assembly Service Board invites sealed tenders for the: Supply, Delivery,
Installation, Customization, Configuration, Migration, Testing, Training and Maintenance of Assembly
Digital Congress System
2. Tendering will be conducted under open competitive method (National TENDER] using a standardized tender
document. Tendering is open to all qualified and interested Tenderers.
3. Further information can be obtained at the address below during office hours from NAIROBI CITY
COUNTY ASSEMBLY PREMISES, LOCATED AT WABERA STREET, CITY HALL –
ASSEMBLY WING, PROCUREMENT OFFICE ROOM 277, SECOND FLOOR, AS FROM 8AM –
1PM AND 2PM – 5PM, WEEK DAY AS FROM MONDAY – FRIDAY (EXCLUDING PUBLIC HOLIDAYS).
4. A complete set of tender documents may be purchased or obtained by interested tenders upon payment of a
non- refundable fees of KES 1,000.00 payable to Nairobi City County Assembly Account at the Cooperative Bank of Kenya, City Hall Branch, Account Number 01141232417500. Tender documents
obtained electronically will be free of charge.
5. Tender documents may be viewed and downloaded for free from the website www.nairobiassembly.go.ke or
Public Procurement Information Portal: www.tenders.go.ke and the IFMIS Supplier Portal.Tenderers who
download the tender document must forward their particulars immediately to;

6. All Tenders must be accompanied by a “tender Security” of KES. 1,5000,000.00 (Kenya Shillings one
million, five hundred thousand shillings) from a reputable bank recognized by the Central Bank of Kenya or an
insurance bond from the firms approved by the Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA), valid for 120
days from the date of tender opening.
7. Tenders shall be quoted in Kenya Shillings and shall include all taxes. Tenders shall remain valid for a
period of 120 days from the date of tender opening.
8. The Tenderer shall chronologically serialize all pages of the tender documents submitted.
9. Completed tenders must be delivered through IFMIS as PDF Scanned Documents (Google Links are not allowed)
before the date and time shown on IFMIS
10. Electronic Tenders will be permitted.
