SUPPLY, DELIVERY, INSTALLATION, TESTING AND COMMISSIONING OF E-PARLIAMENT SYSTEM
The County Assembly of Nyamira invites through IFMIS (http://supplier.treasury.go.ke.) bids from eligible candidates for SUPPLY, DELIVERY, INSTALLATION, TESTING AND COMMISSIONING OF EPARLIAMENT SYSTEM.
This is A MULTIYEAR PROJECT.
A complete set of tender documents can be downloaded from the County Assembly of Nyamira’s website: www.nyamiraassembly.go.ke/tenders or the IFMIS supplier portal: www.suppliers.treasury.go.ke using the unique negotiation number 1665868-2024/2025. Bidders who download the tender document must submit their Company name, postal, physical, email and telephone addresses to scm@nyamiraassembly.go.ke for the purposes of receiving any further tender clarifications and/or addendums where necessary.
Interested eligible candidates may obtain further information from and inspect the tender documents at the County Assembly of Nyamira- Supply Chain Management Office, during normal working hours 0900-1600 hours. Prices quoted should include all taxes, must be in Kenya Shillings and should remain valid for 120 days after date of tender opening.
Complete tender documents SHALL/MUST be submitted through the IFMIS Supplier Portal (www.suppliers.treasury.go.ke) as per the requirements contained in the document so as to be received on or before 01st November, 2024 at 12:15 pm. AND MANUAL TENDER DOCUMENTS SUBMISION SHALL NOT BE ALLOWED.
Mandatory pre-tender site visit will be held on 23rd October, 2024 at 10:00 HOURS starting from the office of the Clerk, ICT/Supply Chain Management. All prospective bidders are advised to make their own Transport arrangement to and from the site.
Bidders are advised to visit the County Assembly of Nyamira website www.nyamiraassembly.go.ke from time to time before deadline for submission of tender documents in case of issuance of addendum/s and any relevant communication about the tenders as and when it may be deemed necessary.
Tender opening will be carried out immediately through the IFMIS system on 01st November, 2024 at 12:15 pm.at the County Assembly of Nyamira Former CDF Hall located behind Nyamira Stage, in the presence of tenderers or their representatives who may wish to attend.
