- Qualified and interested tenderers may obtain further information and inspect the Tender Documents during office hours (0800 to!600) hours from Head of Supply Chain Management Office, Ministry of Health, State Department for Public Health and Professional Standards, Room 514, 5th floor, Afya House.
- Tender documents may be obtained electronically from the Ministry’s Website(s) www.health.go.ke or Public Procurement Information Portal: www.tenders.go.ke, free of charge.
- Tenders shall be quoted in Kenya Shillings and shall remain valid for 140 days from the date of opening of tenders.
- All Tenders must be accompanied by a Tender Security of Kshs. 500,000 (Kenya Shillings Five Hundred Thousand) from a reputable bank or insurance company approved by PPRA and That is valid for 170 days from the date of tender opening.
- There shall be a pre-tender meeting and site visit at Ministry of Health, Afya Annex building next to Kenyatta National Hospital, fourth floor, boardroom No. 406 on 27th February, 2025 at 10:00AM
- The Tenderer shall chronologically serialize all pages of the tender document.\
- Completed tenders must be delivered to the address below on or before 7th March, 2025 at 11:00am, Kenyan Time
