TENDER FOR SUPPLY, DELIVERY, INSTALLATION, TESTING, TRAINING AND COMMISSIONING OF A TRUE 64 SLICES COMPUTERIZED TOMOGRAPHY SCAN MACHINE (CT SCAN) AT MERU TEACHING AND REFERRAL HOSPITAL IN MERU COUNTY.

THE COUNTY GOVERNMENT OF MERU [CGM] TENDER NOVEMBER 2024 

 The County Government of Meru [CGM], under the department of health services now invites sealed bids from eligible Contractors, for the above-mentioned Works. Interested candidates may obtain further information from and inspect the tender document from CGM website: www.meru.go.ke; Government Portal: https://tenders.go.ke.

Funds for this project are available from the Exchequer.

0.1.         Interested contractors shall download the tender document from the website freely, and MUST forward their particulars immediately for recording and further clarification and addenda to procurement.finance@meru.go.ke ;

0.2.         Completed tender documents must be submitted, delivered & deposited in the tender box located at the reception of the County Government of Meru headquarter, next to huduma center offices Meru along Meru -Nanyuki highway and addressed to: THE COUNTY SECRETARY, COUNTY GOVERNMENT OF MERU, P.O. BOX 120-60200 MERU on or before 9th December 2024 at 11.00 A.M

0.3.         Prices quoted should be inclusive of all taxes and delivery costs, must be expressed in Kenya shillings and shall remain valid for a period of 126 days from the closing date of the tender:

0.4.         Tenderers shall furnish, as part of their application a tender security as indicated in the instructions to tender.

N.B Late Bids will be rejected. Bids will be publicly opened immediately after closure in the presence of the Bidders’ designated representatives and anyone who chooses to attend.
