TENDER FOR SUPPLY & DELIVERY OF ENGINEER STAMPS ON A TWO YEAR FRAMEWORK CONTRACT

Interested eligible candidates may obtain further information from and inspect the tender documents at the Supply Chain Management office, Engineers Board of Kenya at Fortis Suit 9^th Floor Upper-hill, Hospital Road during normal working hours.

 A complete set of tender documents may be downloaded from the Engineers Board of Kenya website: www.ebk.or.ke or supplier portal: www.tenders.go.ke free of charge. Bidders who download the document MUST register their details with the Board using the format provided in the tender document and sent through email address:   procurement@ebk.or.ke

  Completed tender documents are to be enclosed in plain sealed envelopes marked with tender reference number and be deposited in the Tender Box at Fortis Suit 9^th Floor Upper-hill, Hospital road or be addressed to The Registrar, Engineers Board of Kenya, Po Box 30324-00100 Nairobi so as to be received on or before 28^th October 2020 at 10.30am

Prices quoted should be net inclusive of all taxes and delivery must be in Kenya Shillings and shall remain valid for 335 days from the closing date of the tender.

Tenders will be opened immediately thereafter in the presence of the Candidates or their representatives who choose to attend at 10th Floor of Fortis Suite, Upper Hill Hospital Road.

Only One representative per bidding firm may be allowed to attend the  Opening to ensure compliance to Government of Kenya COVID-19 measures
