1. State Department for Agriculture invites sealed tenders for Supply & Delivery of Four (4Nos) Heavy Duty
Utility Passenger Vehicles (4×4) Lwb.2400-3000cc Diesel as per the attached Specifications. Tendering will
be conducted under Open Tender using a standard tender document.
2. A complete set of tender Document may be obtained free of charge by interested bidders electronically from
the Ministry of Agriculture and Livestock Development Website (www.kilimo.go.ke) or Public Procurement
Information Portal (PPIP)www.tenders.go.ke More details on the goods are provided in Section V –
Description of goods of the Tender Document
3. The Tenderer shall chronologically serialize all pages of the tender documents submitted.
4. All interested bidders are required to continually check the Ministry of Agriculture and Livestock Development
website: www.kilimo.go.ke for any addendum or clarifications that may arise before the submission
date.
5. Completed Tender Document enclosed in plain sealed envelopes clearly marked with the, Tender name
and Tender number MUST be deposited in the tender box marked “Ministry of Agriculture” at KILIMO
HOUSE Cathedral road ground floor reception as addressed below on or before 11.00 AM on 29th November,
2023. Electronic Tenders will not be permitted.
