SUPPLY & DELIVERY OF PROTECTIVE EQUIPMENT

TENDER NO: NCC/REV/T/216/2023-2024
1. The NAIROBI CITY COUNTY invites sealed Tenders for Supply and Delivery of Protective
Equipment
2. Tendering will be conducted under open tendering Method. Tendering is open to all qualified
and interested Tenderers.
3. Tenderers will be allowed to tender for one or more lots (where applicable).
4. Qualified and interested tenderers may obtain further information and inspect the
Tender Documents during office hours – 9.00a.m –4.00p.m at The Director – Supply
Chain Management office on 4th floor room 400 or from www.ncc.co.ke or ppip@ppra.go.ke
5. Tender documents shall be uploaded and can be viewed and downloaded for free from
IFMIS Portal
6. All Tenders must be accompanied by a Bank Guarantee of (Kshs 100,000.00 from a
registered Financial Institution in K e n y a
7. The Tenderer shall chronologically serialize all pages of the tender documents submitted
(in the format 1, 2, 3, 4 …….to the last page) and indicate total number of pages on the
cover page.
8. Completed tenders must be delivered to the address below on or before 14th February 2024

9. Tenders will be opened immediately after the deadline date and time specified above
or any dead line date and time specified later. Tenders will be publicly opened in
the presence of the Tenderers’ designated representatives who choose to attend at
the address below.
10. Late tenders will be rejected.
