NAIROBI CITY COUNTY TENDER MARCH 2024 

INVITATION TO TENDER

SUPPLY, IMPLEMENTATION, MAINTENANCE, SUPPORT AND TRAINING FOR EMAIL EXCHANGE

1. NAIROBI CITY COUNTY invites sealed tenders for the SUPPLY, IMPLEMENTATION,
MAINTENANCE, SUPPORT AND TRAINING FOR EMAIL EXCHANGE.

2. Tendering will be conducted under open competitive method (National Open Tender) using a
standardized tender document.

3. Qualified and interested tenderers may obtain further information and inspect the Tender
Documents during office hours [0800 to 1700 hours] at the address given below. More details on
the Services are provided in PART 2 – Services’ Requirements, Section V – Description of Services of
the Tender Document.

4. Tender documents may be viewed and downloaded for free from the website
(www.tenders.go.ke). Tenderers who download the tender document must forward
their particulars immediately to nairobiprocurement@gmail.com, P.O Box 30075-00100
to facilitate any further clarification or addendum.

5. All Tenders must be accompanied by an Original tender security valued at 2% of the total
bid sum in the form of Unconditional Bank Guarantee from a reputable bank in Kenya and
valid for 150 days from the date of tender opening.

6. The Tenderer shall sequentially serialize all pages of the tender documents submitted.

7. Completed tenders must be delivered to the address below on or before 22nd March, 2024
at 11.00a.m.

8. Tenders will be opened immediately after the deadline date and time specified above or
any deadline date and time specified later. Tenders will be publicly opened in the presence
of the Tenderers’ designated representatives who choose to attend at the address below.

9. Late tenders will be rejected without opening.

10. The Procuring Entity reserves the right to accept or reject any tender without giving reason.
