TENDER FOR SUPPLY, INSTALLATION COMMISSIONING OF SUPERVISORY CONTROL AND DATA ACQUISITION (SCADA) SYSTEM UPGRADE AND UNINTERRUPTIBLE POWER SUPPLY UNITS

NATIONAL OIL CORPORATION TENDER MAY 2024  

1. National Oil Corporation invites sealed tenders for the TENDER FOR SUPPLY, INSTALLATION AND COMMISSIONING OF SUPERVISORY CONTROL AND DATA ACQUISITION (SCADA) SYSTEM UPGRADE AND UNINTERRUPTIBLE POWERSUPPLY UNITS
2. Tendering will be conducted under open competitive method (National) using a standardized tender document. Tendering is open to all qualified and interested Tenderers.
3. This tender is not subject a Reservation
4. This tender is not subject to Multiple contracts’lots.
5. Qualified and interested tenderers may obtain further information and inspect the Tender Documents during office hours [i.e. 0900 to 1500 hours] at the address given below.

6. A complete set of tender documents may be obtained electronically from the Website (www.nationaloil.co.ke or www.tenders.go.ke ). Tender documents obtained electronically will be free of charge.
7. There shall be a mandatory site visit at National Oil Terminal situated along Nanyuki Road, Industrial Area Nairobi before closing of the tender on 15th May 2024.
8. Tender documents may be viewed and downloaded for free from the website ( www.nationaloil.co.ke or www.tenders.go.ke ). Tenderers who download the tender document must forward their particulars immediately to (tenders@nockenya.co.ke  ) to facilitate any further clarification or addendum.
9. All Tenders must be accompanied by Tender Security in the original form amounting to Kenya Shillings Fifty Thousand (Kshs 50.000) in form of a Bank Guarantee drawn by a bank licensed and operating in Kenya or a guarantee from an Insurance Company registered with the Insurance Regulatory Authority (IRA) and listed by the Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA).
10. The Tenderer shall chronologically serialize all pages of the tender documents submitted.

12. Tender will be opened immediately after the deadline date and time specified above or
    any dead line date and time specified later. Tender will be publicly opened in the
    presence of the Tenderers’ designated representatives who choose to attend at the address
    below.
