LAIKIPIA COUNTY ASSEMBLY TENDER SEPTEMBER 2021 

SUBJECT: TENDER DOCUMENT FOR SUPPLY, INSTALLATION, IMPLEMENTATION, CONFIGURATION, TRAINING, COMMISSIONING, MAINTENANCE AND SUPPORT OF LEGISLATIVE MANAGEMENT SYSTEM

TENDER NO: LCA/0T/001/2021-2022

1. The Laikipia County Assembly Invites sealed tenders for THE SUPPLY, INSTALLATION, IMPLEMENTATION, CONFIGURATION, TRAINING, COMMISSIONING, MAINTENANCE AND SUPPORT OF LEGISLATIVE MANAGEMENT SYSTEM
2. Tendering will be conducted under open competitive method using a standardized tender document. Tendering is open to all / qualified and interested Tenderers.
3. A complete set of tender documents may be obtained free of charge by interested tenders electronically from the Laikipia Assembly Website http://www.laikipiaassembly.go.ke/ or PPIP website http://tenders.go.ke. More details on the Services are provided in PART 2 – Services’ Requirements, Section V – Description of Services of the Tender Document
4. Tenderers who download the tender document must forward their particulars immediately to ict@laikipiaassembly.go.ke to facilitate any further clarification or addendum.
5. Ail Tenders must be accompanied by a “Tender Security” of Kshs.400,000 in any of the following forms; a bank guarantee; a guarantee by an Insurance company registered and licensed by the insurance Regulatory Authority listed by the Authority; a letter of credit; or guarantee by a deposit taking micro-finance institution, Sacco society, the Youth Enterprise Development Fund or the Women Enterprise Fund.
6. The Tenderer shall chronologically serialize all pages of the tender documents submitted.
7. Completed tenders must be delivered to the address below on or before 14^th October, 2021 at 11.30 AM. Electronic Tenders will not be permitted.
8. Tenders will be opened immediately after the deadline date and time specified above or any dead line date and time specified later. Tenders will be publicly opened in the presence of the Tenderers’ designated representatives who choose to attend at the address below.
9. Late tenders will be rejected.
