INVITATION TO TENDER
TENDER FOR SUPPLY, INSTALLATION, TESTING AND COMMISSIONING OF CCTV SURVEILLANCE SYSTEM
TENDER NO. CGL/ONT/MUN/1815956/2024-2025
1. The County Government of Lamu invites sealed tenders for the Supply, Installation, Testing And
Commissioning Of CCTV Surveillance System
2. Tendering will be conducted under open competitive method national using a standardized tender
document. Tendering is open to all qualified and interested Tenderers.
3. Qualified and interested tenderers may obtain further information and inspect the Tender Documents
during office hours 0900 to 1500 hours at the address given below.
4. A complete set of tender documents may be purchased or obtained by interested tenders upon payment
of a non-refundable fees of Ksh. 1,000.00/= in cash or Banker’s Cheque and payable to the address given
below. Tender documents may be obtained electronically from the Websites www.lamu.go.ke and
www.tenders.go.ke. Tender documents obtained electronically will be free of charge.
5. Tender documents may be viewed and downloaded free from the website www.lamu.go.ke and
www.tenders.go.ke. Tenderers who download the tender document must forward their particulars
immediately to procurement@lamu.go.ke to facilitate any further clarification or addendum.
6. All Tenders must be accompanied by a Ksh. 100,000.00 Tender Security valid for 150 days issued by
the insurance firms or local banks approved by PPRA.
7. Tendersshall be quoted in Kenya Shillings and shall include all taxes. Tendersshall remain valid for 120
days fromthe date of opening oftenders. The amount quoted shall also include 0.03% Public
Procurement Capacity Building Levy Order 2023 (exclusive of all other taxes).
8. The Tenderer shall chronologically serialize all pages of the tender documents submitted.
9. Completed tenders must be submitted on the IFMIS SYSTEM on or before 11TH APRIL, 2025 at
11:00 am. MANUAL SUBMISSION of Tenders WILL NOT BE PERMITTED.
10. Tenders will be opened immediately after the deadline date and time specified above or any
dead line date and time specified later. Tenders will be publicly opened in the presence of the
Tenderers’ designated representatives who choose to attend at the address below.
11. Late tenders will be rejected. The IFMIS System will automatically lock out at the time and date of tender closing.
