Installation & Support Services
1. Kaimosi Friends University invites sealed tenders for Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning
of Internet Bandwidth, Wi-Fi Installation & Support Services
2. Tendering will be conducted under open competitive method National using a standardized tender
document. Tendering is open to all qualified and interested Tenderers.
3. Qualified and interested tenderers may obtain further information and inspect the Tender Documents
during office hours [0900 to 1500 hours] at the address given below.
4. A complete set of tender documents may be obtained free of charge by interested tenders electronically
from the PPIP Website (www.kafu.ac.ke or PPIP website http://tenders.go.ke).
5. Tenderers who download the tender document must forward their particulars immediately to
procurement@kafu.ac.ke to facilitate any further clarification or addendum.
6. All Tenders must be accompanied by a “Tender Security” of Kshs. 100, 000. in any of the following forms;
a bank guarantee; a guarantee by an insurance company registered and licensed by the Insurance
Regulatory Authority listed by the Authority; a letter of credit; or guarantee by a deposit taking microfinance institution.
7. The Tenderer shall chronologically serialize all pages of the tender documents submitted.
8. Completed tenders must be delivered to the address below on or before 12noon on Thursday 2nd MARCH,
2023. Electronic Tenders will not be permitted.
9. Tenders will be opened immediately after the deadline date and time specified above or any dead line date
and time specified later. Tenders will be publicly opened in the presence of the Tenderers’ designated
representatives who choose to attend at the address below.
10. Late tenders will be rejected.
