TENDER FOR SUPPLY, INSTALLATION, TESTING AND COMMISSIONING OF TWO PACKAGED SCREW TYPE WATER COOLED CHILLER SYSTEMS EACH OF 40TR CAPACITY (ACFC/50361/2021).

Agro Chemical and Food Company Limited invites eligible and interested bidders to apply for the above captioned tender at the factory in Muhoroni, Kisumu County,

Tender documents can be downloaded for free from the PPIP Portal www.tenders.go.ke or our website: www.acfc.co.ke. All communications regarding the tender must be in writing through purchasing@acfc.co.ke

Prospective bidders are invited for a mandatory site visit on November 9,2021 at 1100hrs.

Completed tender documents in plain sealed envelopes clearly marked with the Tender Number S Name to be addressed to the undersigned and be deposited in the tender box at the entrance to the main administration block at the Factory in Muhoroni so as to be received on or before November 18,2021, at 1230hrs.

The tenders will be opened immediately thereafter in the presence of the candidates’ representatives who choose to attend.

All bids must be accompanied by a bid security of Kshs 100,000.00 or an equivalent amount in a freely convertible currency in the form indicated in the tender document.
