INVITATION TO TENDER
TENDER NEGOTIATION NO: 1381480-2023/2024
TENDER FOR SUPPLY, INSTALLATION, TESTING, COMMISSIONING OF ECDE DIGITAL LEARNING EQUIPMENT AND CONFIGURATION OF RELATED SOFTWARE
AS SPECIFIED
1. The County Government of Kirinyaga invites sealed tenders for the SUPPLY, INSTALLATION,
TESTING, COMMISSIONING OF ECDE DIGITAL LEARNING EQUIPMENT AND
CONFIGURATION OF RELATED SOFTWARE AS SPECIFIED
2. Tendering will be conducted under open tender method using a standardized tender document.
3. The tender is open to all eligible bidders.
4. Eligible and interested bidders may obtain further information and inspect the bidding documents
at supply Chain Office 1st floor, Kirinyaga County Headquarters between 8.00am and 5.00pm
Kenyan Time, Monday to Friday except lunch time between 1.00pm to 2.00pm and on public
holidays.
5. A complete set of tender documents may be obtained by interested tenders for free.
6. Tender documents may be obtained electronically from the County Website
www.Kirinyaga.go.ke or https://tenders.go.ke .Tender documents obtained electronically will
be free of charge.
7. Prices quoted should be inclusive of all applicable taxes and must be expressed in Kenya shillings and
will remain valid for 180 days from date of tender opening.
8. All Tenders must be accompanied by a tender security of ksh 100.000.00 in any of the following
forms; a bank guarantee, a guarantee by insurance company registered and licensed by Insurance
Regulatory Authority listed by the Authority.
9. Tender documents may be viewed and downloaded for free from the website
www.Kirinyaga.go.ke Tenderers who download the tender document must forward their
particulars immediately to procurement@kirinyaga.go.ke to facilitate any further clarification
or addendum.
10. The Tenderer shall chronologically serialize all pages of the tender documents submitted.
11. Completed tenders MUST be submitted electronically on or before 18TH DECEMBER 2023 at
10:00 Am.
12. Tenders will be electronically opened immediately after the deadline date and time specified above
or any deadline date and time specified later. Tenders will be publicly opened in the presence
of the Tenderers’ designated representatives who choose to attend at the address below.
13. Late tenders will be rejected.
