TENDER FOR SUPPLY, INSTALLATION, TESTING, TRAINING AND COMMISSIONING OF SECURITY SURVEILLANCE (CCTV) SYSTEM AT THE
JUDICIARY SUPREME COURT BUILDING
TENDER NO. JUD/OT/016/2024-2025
The Judiciary invites sealed bids from eligible tenderers for the Supply, Installation, Testing,
Training and Commissioning of Security Surveillance (CCTV) System at the Judiciary
Supreme Court Building.
Interested and eligible candidates may view / obtain the tender document by downloading it
from the Judiciary’s website: www.judiciary.go.ke or the Public Procurement Information
Portal (PPIP) website: www.tenders.go.ke Any request for clarifications must be made in
writing at least five (5) days to the closing date of the tender. All Clarifications and/or
addendums will be posted on the Judiciary and PPIP websites.
Prices quoted for the above tender shall be inclusive of all taxes, and delivery costs, must be
expressed in Kenya Shillings and shall remain valid for one hundred and twenty (120) days
from the tender closing date. Tenders must be accompanied by a Tender Security of Kenya
Shillings Five Hundred thousand (Kshs. 500,000.00) in the form of a guarantee from a
reputable bank or institution approved by the Public Procurement Regulatory Authority
payable to the Chief Registrar of the Judiciary.
Bidders are encouraged to attend site visit on 17th February, 2025 from 1000hrs at Supreme
Court Building, Nairobi.
Completed tender documents are to be enclosed in plain sealed envelopes, clearly marked with
the tender number and name and deposited in the Tender Box provided at the Main gate,
