INVITATION TO TENDER
TENDER FOR SUPPLY, INSTALLATION, TESTING, TRAINING, COMMISSIONING AND MAINTENANCE OF INTEGRATED ENTERPRISE RESOURCE PLANNING (ERP) SYSTEM
TENDER NO. ETC/PSER/01/2024/2025
- St. Lawrence Egoji Teachers College invites sealed tenders for the provision of services, i.e. Supply, Installation,
Testing, Training, Commissioning and Maintenance of Integrated Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) SYSTEM. -
Tendering will be conducted under open competitive method using a standardized tender document. Tendering
is open to all qualified and interested Tenderers. - Qualified and interested tenderers may obtain further information and inspect the Tender Documents during
office hours [10:00 a.m. to 4.00 p.m.] at the address given below. - A complete set of tender documents may be may be obtained electronically from the Website(s)
www.tenders.go.ke. Tender documents obtained electronically will be free ofcharge. - Tenderers who download the tender document must forward their particulars immediately to
egojiteachers@gmail.com to facilitate any further clarification or addendum. - All Tenders must be accompanied by a Bid Bond of Ksh 150,000.00 of the bid amount in the form of Bank Guarantee from
a reputable Bank or from an Insurance Company approved by the PPRA. A Tender-Securing Declaration shall be required
for AGPORegistered Firms. - The Tenderer shall chronologically serialize all pages of the tender documents submitted.
- Completed tenders must be delivered to the address below on or before 25TH APRIL, 2025. Electronic Tenders will
not be permitted. - Tenders will be opened immediately after the deadline date and time specified above or any deadline date and
time specified later. Tenders will be publicly opened in the presence of the Tenderers’ designated representatives who
choose to attend at the address below. - Late tenders will be rejected.
