TENDER FOR SUPPLY, INSTALLATION,TESTING AND COMMISSIONING OF SPLIT AIR CONDITIONING SYSTEM AT TAITA TAVETA UNIVERSITY MAIN ADMINISTRATION BLOCK

1. The Taita Taveta University invites sealed tenders for For Supply, Installation, Testing And Commissioning Of Split Air Conditioning System at Main Administration Block Taita Taveta University,Voi Kenya

TENDER REFERNCE TENDER DESCRIPTION NCA REGISTRATION TENDER SECURITY AMOUNT
TTU/OT/04/2022-2023 Supply and Installation of Air Conditioning System NCA 6 and above (Mechanical Engineering Service) KES 200,000.00

2. Tendering will be conducted under open National competitive method using a standardized tender document. Tendering is open to all qualified and interested Tenderers.
3. Qualified and interested tenderers may obtain further information and inspect the Tender Documents during working days on Monday to Friday 09.00hrs and 16.00hrs except on Public Holidays at the address given below.
4. A complete set of tender documents may be purchased or obtained by interested tenders upon payment of a non- refundable fees of Ksh.1, 000.00 in cash or Banker’s Cheque and payable to the address given below. Tender documents may be obtained electronically from the Website(s) www.ttu.ac.ke. Tender documents obtained electronically will be free of charge.
5. Tender documents may be viewed and downloaded for free from the website www.ttu.ac.ke. and or public procurement information portal (PPIP) website free of charge. Tenderers who download the tender document must forward their particulars immediately to procurement@ttu.ac.ke to facilitate any further clarification or addendum.
6. Tenders shall be quoted be in Kenya Shillings and shall include all taxes. Tenders shall remain valid for (…) days from the date of opening of tenders.
7. All Tenders must be accompanied by a Bid Security of an amount as indicated in the respective Tender Documents in a freely convertible currency.
8. The Tenderer shall chronologically serialize all pages of the tender documents submitted.
9. Completed tenders must be delivered to the address below on or before Friday 29th July, 2022 at 10 am. Electronic Tenders will not be permitted.
10. Tenders will be opened immediately after the deadline date and time specified above or any dead line date and time specified later. Tenders will be publicly opened in the presence of the Tenderers’ designated representatives who choose to attend at the address below.
11. Bulky tenders can be handed over to TTU Procurement Office for registration and safe keeping till the tender opening date.
12. Late tenders will be rejected.
